I've been a recipe junkie for many years now, and have collected more recipes than I can count. They've come from many sources, but my cookbooks alone now spill over into a third bookcase! I spend endless hours scouring my collection for yummy new recipes to try, and finally decided to share my favorites with others who love to cook, or at least those who love to try new recipes!

CHICKIN FIXINS e-COOKBOOK -- THIS WILL BE THE LAST CHICKEN COOKBOOK YOU'LL EVER WANT!! This cookbook is a collection of over 120 of the chicken recipes I've featured in Good Fixins. It also includes some recipes for turkey, as well as a couple for duck and pheasant! Many of the recipes also include my personal comments regarding substitutions I used for this or that, or perhaps I may use more or less salt next time, etc.
